Chocolate Semiya Payasam - Payasam with a twist.

Ingredients:

Vermicelli, Milk, Sugar, Star of the day (Liso chocolate spread), condensed milk, ghee, cashew and Raisins, Elachi (Optional)

  • Heat a pan, add ghee and roast vermicelli in Medium-low flame with constant stirring.
  • The vermicelli should turn golden here and there.
  • Add boiled milk to it and cook for 4-5 minutes until soft.
  • Add sugar and Elachi (optional) to it.
  • Add condense milk and stir well. Then add the star of the day "LISO Cocoa Spread" and stir well without any lumps.
