In a bowl, whisk together the egg whites, milk, granulated sugar, salt, cinnamon powder, melted butter and the vanilla essence. Set it aside.
Next take a slice of bread and a rolling pin and start rolling the bread out (It should not be too thin that it breaks).
After rolling it out, spread out the LISO Hazelnut Spread to one side of the bread and then add the chopped strawberries and roll it.(if it doesn’t stick together add a little bit of LISO Hazelnut spread to the bread and pinch it )
Once all the breads have been rolled, dip it in the egg mixture and place it straight on a greased non stick pan on low-medium flame.
Keep rolling the bread every 2 minutes until it is evenly toasted through or until it becomes medium golden brown in color.
Serve hot with maple syrup, honey or fruits of your choice.

Milk - 3/4 cup
Granulated Sugar - 2 Tsp
Salt - A pinch
Cinnamon Powder - 1 Tsp
Melted Butter - 2 Tbsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Bread Slices - Depends on how many roll ups you want
