Steps
- - In a bowl add in the milk, egg, sugar and vanilla extract
- - Whisk until combined
- - Heat the unsalted butter in a pan until just golden brown
- - Dip both sides of the brioche generously into the egg and milk mix
- - Place it into the pan on medium heat
- - I like my bread custardy so I flip it in 2 minutes. If you like it firmer, go for 3.5 minutes
- - Repeat for the second slice
- - Generously coat one brioche with Liso’s hazelnut spread
- - Spread a thin layer of marmalade on the second slice
- - Sandwich them
- - Add lashings of more Hazelnut spread on top the brioche
- - Spoon a dollop of whipped cream right on top
- - Garnish with candied orange
- - Serve immediately

- Brioche- 2 slices
- Milk- 1 cup
- Egg- 1 large
- Sugar- 1- 2 tsps
- Unsalted butter- 1/2 tbsp
- Good quality vanilla extract- 2 drops
- Liso hazelnut spread- 2 tsps
- Orange marmalade- 1 tsp
- Whipped cream- 1 tbsp
- Candied orange rings/ wedges/ peel (optional)- for garnish
