Mix together All-Purpose Flour and Baking Powder. Set it aside
In another bowl mix the milk, butter and egg yolk together and set it aside.
Next, beat the egg whites separately until it forms stiff peaks.
Now mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients,
Once it is mixed thoroughly add in the beaten egg whites and fold it well.
Next, take a non-stick pan and turn the heat to low - medium. Butter spray the pan or just melt a 1/2 tsp of butter.
Pour in a dollop of the batter at a time and when bubbles start popping on the surface of the pancake it is time to flip and cook the other side for a minute.
Garnish it with seasonal fruits, maple syrup, melted chocolate or with LISO Cocoa /Hazelnut Spread.

Melted chocolate, fruits of your choice - to garnish
