• Mix together All-Purpose Flour and Baking Powder. Set it aside
  • In another bowl mix the milk, butter and egg yolk together and set it aside.
  • Next, beat the egg whites separately until it forms stiff peaks.
  • Now mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients,
  • Once it is mixed thoroughly add in the beaten egg whites and fold it well.
  • Next, take a non-stick pan and turn the heat to low - medium. Butter spray the pan or just melt a 1/2 tsp of butter.
  • Pour in a dollop of the batter at a time and when bubbles start popping on the surface of the pancake it is time to flip and cook the other side for a minute.
  • Garnish it with seasonal fruits, maple syrup, melted chocolate or with LISO Cocoa /Hazelnut Spread.
