Shipping policy

Our packaging ensures our chocolates are delivered to you in perfect condition. We pack our elegant gift boxes with gel ice packs inside Liso tissue paper to create the perfect gifting experience. Upon your request, we will also include a complimentary gift message tag.

We offer Standard and Express delivery. Free doorstep delivery for minimum order of Rs.750 

Liso is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

For outside Kochi deliveries, Liso dispatches the orders from Monday-Thursday. Please allow up to 7-business days for these shipments.
